Over the last few weeks, we’ve been thinking about what personalization really means. We’ve seen retailers announce in the industry press that they’ve implemented “personalization” – but we don’t think they have.

There’s been a lot of talk in the ecommerce and technology press about the differences between recommendations and personalisation, so we thought we would weigh in to the debate with our thoughts.
