SaaS Subscription Plans
Various subscription plans are available for SaaS implementations of the IntentPredictionServer. Each supports a different volume of queries per month (qpm). All plans support the retention of 13 months of historical data only. The storage of data for longer periods of time will be calculated and quoted on a case-by-case basis.

Prices are monthly and a set up fee may be payable.
How we calculate queries
A query is a call from your site into our software for an unlimited number of suggestions. We estimate how many queries per month your by calculating 60-80% of your pageviews, depending on the number of areas where suggested/personalised content is displayed.
Should the volume of queries per month exceed 10% of the contracted Plan volume over 3 consecutive months, the account will automatically be upgraded to the next appropriate Plan. PredictiveIntent will contact the customer should this occur to arrange the additional payment.
Contract and payment terms
- We require a contract signature and purchase order before we can provision an account
- Our standard contract is based on a minimum 12 month term with a 3 month termination period.
- A one-time set-up fee is payable prior to set-up.
- Monthly subscription payments are due at the beginning of each month of service, which can be paid using either MasterCard or Visa credit card or by standing order.
- Standard monthly reports will be sent with billing receipts.
- If payment is not received in full, we reserve the right to terminate/pause services.
SaaP License
The IntentPredictionServer is also available in a SaaP format, hosted on your hardware or on a dedicated AWS instance.
